About The Position

Drives NET vehicle to transport eligible Medicaid members to and from appointments. This role requires safe and timely completion of daily transports, operation of the vehicle, and accurate completion of all required paperwork. The driver will also perform daily vehicle inspections and may assist with the delivery of public transportation tokens and passes. Professionalism, courtesy, and a neat appearance are expected.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Must possess a current valid AR driver license.
• No suspension or revocation of driver license within the last five years.
• No more than one chargeable accident or moving violation in the last three years.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned daily transports in safe and timely manner.
• Operate vehicle safely
• Complete all paperwork required for transportation services rendered.
• Complete a daily inspection of assigned vehicle before start of the day.
• Assist with delivery of public transportation tokens and passes as needed.
• Maintain courteous, patient, and professional demeanor at all times, as well as neat and clean appearance per the driver handbook.
