About The Position

KETCH is seeking Non-CNA Direct Support Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in group home settings. This is a rewarding career opportunity in a unique industry. Responsibilities include providing supports, teaching, transporting, caregiving, personal care and hygiene assistance, training, educating, mentoring, coaching, community outings, and shopping. Requirements

High school diploma or accredited GED
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and dependable transportation to and from work
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of your total body weight, whichever is less
Able to attend a two week, weekday, day time orientation
