Requirements

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize endoscopy suites with specialized sterile and non-sterile instrumentation, ensuring all high-definition imaging equipment and supplies are calibrated and ready for use.
• Provide proactive assistance to surgeons by handing in required instruments, managing scopes, and assisting with complex procedures to facilitate safe and efficient procedural flow.
• Streamline patient throughput through team collaboration and clinical positioning, while following mandated guidelines and maintaining safe practice throughout the procedure.
• Maintain meticulous organization of the department and procedure room to ensure readiness for procedures and strict post-procedure infection prevention.
• Expertly handle delicate endoscopic tools and accessories, ensuring equipment integrity and adhering to strict aseptic techniques during complex diagnostic and therapeutic cases.
