About The Position
Concordia is seeking compassionate and dependable Non-Certified Nursing Assistants to join their team. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and passion for helping seniors
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with all activities of daily living
- Answer resident call bells promptly
- Complete basic treatments as instructed
- Document resident care accurately
- Work closely with teammates to provide excellent resident care
