Full-time Non-Certified Nursing Assistant Schedule Available! Location: Concordia at Villa St. Joseph – Baden, PA $1.50/hr No-Insurance Supplement Available! Join our compassionate Personal Care team at Concordia at Villa St. Joseph! We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our Personal Care team as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to our residents—helping with daily needs, ensuring comfort, and creating a safe, welcoming environment. Additional paid vacation days for experienced hires!!

Requirements

  • No certification required — training provided!
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Rotating Weekends and Holidays required

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide mobility support and assist with repositioning and transfers
  • Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to ensure quality care
