Non CDL Truck Driver - BONUS ELIGIBLE
About The Position
Unitex is searching for Route Service Drivers in Mount Vernon, NY. This is a full-time, union position where you are home every night and weekend, working only 4 days per week (Monday through Friday). You will be responsible for loading and unloading your truck, managing electronic devices for invoicing, receiving customer orders, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Unitex is a family-run business with over 100 years of experience in the medical uniform and linen rental industry, and as the largest family-owned healthcare service provider in the country with 1900 employees, we offer a stable and essential workplace with diverse growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- 1+ years of delivery driver experience
- CDL license NOT required
- Valid basic driver’s license

- Customer service skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Load/unload your truck at the plant each day
- Unload clean delivery and load soil pickup at customer
- Manage electronic device for delivery invoicing
- Receive customer orders and submit to plant upon return each day
- Maintain a positive relationship with your customers
- Maintain a clean truck
