As a Non-CDL Side Bay Delivery Driver, you will be critical in ensuring customers receive their products daily. Your responsibilities will include delivering beverages to various retail customers, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining strong customer partnerships. This position blends delivery driving, product merchandising, route management, and customer service, with each day offering variety as you travel established routes, manage deliveries, stock displays, and represent a respected beverage distribution company.

Requirements

A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to manage delivery routes efficiently and independently
Basic math, inventory, and recordkeeping skills
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug and alcohol test, and functional ability test if applicable.

Nice To Haves

Delivery driver, route delivery, warehouse, logistics, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred
Experience operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles preferred
Beverage industry, foodservice distribution, route sales, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience is a plus
Familiarity with handheld inventory or delivery devices is beneficial

Responsibilities

Operate company delivery vehicles on local routes throughout the service area, delivering Pepsi products, bottled water, energy drinks, soft drinks, and other beverage products.
Verify orders, unload and transport products.
Complete delivery documentation.
Ensure products are accurately delivered and properly merchandised at customer locations.
Work closely with customers, answer questions, and communicate delivery information.
Help maintain organized and attractive beverage displays.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete daily inspections.
Follow established company safety standards.
Assist with warehouse activities including product handling, inventory movement, order staging, and general distribution support when deliveries are complete.
