About The Position

As a Delivery Driver, you will be crucial in ensuring efficient and reliable material delivery to job sites. Your responsibilities will include safe driving, proper vehicle care, and assisting with loading and storage to support smooth field operations. You will maintain professional communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors, verify and secure loads for safe transport, and perform daily vehicle inspections. Maintaining cleanliness and order in delivery vehicles and the work environment is also key, along with following all operational procedures for invoicing, delivery tickets, and returns.

Requirements

Driver’s license and health card required.
Must be insurable for driving and have a clean DMV record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Six months of driving experience driving a truck.
Frequently lifts, carries, pushes, and pulls materials. 50-85 pounds is commonplace.

Nice To Haves

Construction or home improvement industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver materials to job sites as scheduled.
Maintain professional communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
Verify and secure loads, ensuring product accuracy, quality, and proper organization for safe transport.
Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections, reporting any maintenance needs or damages promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and order in delivery vehicles, the yard, and warehouse.
Follow all operational procedures, including invoicing, delivery tickets, inspection reports, and processing returns for credit.
