About The Position

Driving success, one delivery at a time! This role involves safely operating various powered vehicles on and off-road to move chassis between locations, delivering and picking up customer vehicles efficiently, and accurately documenting product and material movements. The position also includes assisting with loading and unloading vendor trucks, adhering to all company safety regulations, supporting training for new team members, and accurately weighing completed units to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Maintain a Clean & Safe Workplace: Ensure a tidy, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Valid Driver’s License: Hold a current valid state issued license and maintain an excellent driving record.
Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays, as production demands.
Able to work rotating shifts when required.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in group settings.
Actively engage in and support Poindexter Production System (PPS), 5S, Lean, TPM, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
In this active role, you’ll regularly use your fingers, hands, and arms to carefully handle, feel, and manipulate materials.
You’ll spend much of your time standing and walking, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
Clear and sharp hearing-including two-way radio communication-is essential to stay connected and respond quickly.
You may need to lift or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Your vision skills are critical-requiring close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to quickly adjust focus-to perform safely and accurately every day.
