About The Position

This role involves driving approximately 35% of the time and assisting in the warehouse 65% of the time. CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc., an industry leader in material solutions, is seeking enthusiastic Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse Workers to grow with their North Little Rock, AR branch.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 19 years
• General knowledge of building industry products
• Map reading and navigation skills
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, rooftops)
• Good driving record
• Candidate must successfully complete a background screen and drug testing prior to hire.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating forklifts

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload materials to multiple sites safely
• Pull, load, and organize warehouse stock
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse operations
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Operate forklifts (experience preferred)
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow company safety policies
