Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and leadership mentality
• Ability to lift and move heavy items throughout the day
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility

Nice To Haves

• Moving, logistics, or crew leadership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive company moving trucks safely (no CDL needed)
• Lead and motivate a moving crew on residential & commercial jobs
• Pack, load, unload, and move furniture and heavy items daily
• Deliver top-tier customer service from start to finish
• Keep jobs running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally
• Maintain clean trucks, organized equipment, and high standards
• Solve problems on the fly and keep the team moving
• Work alongside your crew - not from the sidelines
