About The Position

We are hiring a local delivery driver to support our daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Training is provided. $45,000-$55,000 yearly salary plus variable pay, overtime and bonuses, a career advancement opportunity, stable work for an established, recognized, and long-standing company.

Requirements

Valid Class C/D driver’s license meeting acceptable criteria.
Familiar with Encompass handheld database software.
Must pass the background check, motor vehicle driver check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

OSHA Forklift and Pallet jack training (will train).

Responsibilities

Services customers assigned to the route based on the scheduled time-stopped ranking.
Must adapt to any changes in work assignments as well as support organizational restructuring efforts.
Follow accounts receivable guidelines set by the trade/customer when checking in orders (DSD, PO#, Military, Receipt, or Stamp) with the customer.
Place the product in our designated area and/or move the pallet display directly to the floor.
Pick up all shells/flats, returned pallets, and damaged or out-of-date products.
Merchandise assigned stops as scheduled per management.
Assists in warehouse duties, picking, loading/unloading trucks as needed.
Communicates issues, problems, or opportunities with the sales team and delivery team.
Follows all company policies and procedures set forth by management.
