About The Position

Founded in 1946 in Greensburg, PA, Scott Electric Company is a large independent electrical distributor with locations across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia. South Main Trucking, an affiliate of Scott Electric Company, has an opening at its Warren, PA branch for a Full-Time Non-CDL Delivery Driver. This role is responsible for delivering electrical materials to customer job sites and warehouses, ensuring excellent customer service and accurate, on-time deliveries. Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be 21 and be licensed for 3 years
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Basic knowledge of electrical products is a plus (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable and punctual

Nice To Haves

Previous delivery driving or warehouse experience
Must submit to a background check and drug testing

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles (box truck, flatbed, or cargo van – non-CDL)
Load, secure, transport, and unload electrical materials and supplies
Verify delivery orders for accuracy and obtain customer signatures as needed
Inspect vehicle daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
Assist in warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and organizing inventory if needed
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of vehicle and work area
Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations (non-CDL applicable)
