About The Position

South Main Trucking, an affiliate of Scott Electric Company, has an opening at their Erie, PA branch for a Full-Time Non-CDL Delivery Driver. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with variable hours starting between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM until the route is complete.

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Prior experience in van/box truck operation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Minimum age of 25 (insurance requirement)
• Pass a DOT Physical
• Must submit to a background check and drug testing

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks for deliveries
• Load and unload materials from trucks
• Deliver goods to various sites in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to unload the assigned truck at delivery sites
