About The Position

Imperial Dade is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Wailuku to join their transportation group. This role involves daily route deliveries, requiring the unloading of products using hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and delivering merchandise to customer-designated locations. The primary focus is on delivering products and providing exceptional customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 am until finished.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a DOT Medical Exam
• A good driving record
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to handle physical workload (lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted)
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck of 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW)
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after each trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing, positive attitude
