We're looking for a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team and help deliver top-quality building materials to job sites within a 150-mile radius of Fargo-Moorhead area. Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Starting Pay: $19.46 - $21.00/hour Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role. Requirements

21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of delivery or driving experience preferred.
Experience in construction or logistics is a plus!
Strong communicator with great customer service skills.
Self-motivated and manage your time well.
You know your way around GPS and routing systems.
Committed to safety and doing the job right.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a 20-foot box truck to deliver building materials to customers and job sites.
Lift and move materials up to 100 pounds using proper equipment and techniques.
Ensure delivery accuracy and collect customer signatures.
Maintain DOT medical certification and follow all DOT regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your vehicle in top shape.
Communicate clearly with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.
Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
Help out in the warehouse when needed.
Keep accurate records and report any issues promptly.
