About The Position
The Full time Non-CDL Driver for Heritage Landscape is responsible for operating a vehicle for transporting goods, products, or materials. This role involves regular physical activity including lifting, loading/unloading goods. Candidates must be physically fit and able to frequently lift up to 50lbs.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid state driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Familiarity with using navigation systems.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience
- Able to pass background, driving and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in driving or logistics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle ensuring all products, goods, or materials are transported to their destinations.
- Perform pre and post vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
- Load and unload vehicle as required.
- Follow delivery schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during the delivery and pick-up operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.
