About The Position

South Main Trucking, an affiliate of Scott Electric Company, has a current opening at our Hagerstown, PA, branch for a Full-Time Non-CDL Delivery Driver. Scott Electric Company, founded in 1946, is one of the largest independent electrical distributors in the United States with locations throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and West Virginia. Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Prior experience in van/box truck operation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history
• Minimum age of 25 (insurance requirement)
• Pass a DOT Physical
• Must submit a background check and drug testing

Nice To Haves

• Forklift operation experience
• Electrical product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks for deliveries
• Load and unload materials from trucks
• Deliver goods to various sites in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to unload the assigned truck at delivery sites
