About The Position

The primary function of this position is to fulfill customer orders by performing general shipping and receiving tasks, such as loading, unloading, checking, and storing material and making deliveries to local customers (Non-CDL). This role involves stocking materials, pulling inventory, using powered equipment, and accurately completing inventory counts. Additionally, the position requires delivering products to local customers following DOT guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass drug test and background verifications.
• Must hold active DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Critical Thinking skills.
• Ability to perform general physical activities requiring considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.

• Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. regularly.
• Ability to keep hand and arm steady while moving arm or holding arm and hand in one position.
• Ability to quickly move hand, hand together with arm, or two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs.
• Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Responsibilities

• Properly and safely stock materials in our warehouse.
• Pull inventory for deliveries and customer pickups.
• Use powered equipment to pull inventory and load and unload trucks for deliveries.
• Accurately complete inventory counts.
• Deliver products to local customers (non-CDL) following DOT guidelines and regulations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
