Position Summary: As a Driver, you'll serve as a key ambassador for POSH Couture Rentals, ensuring event rental equipment is delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule. You will help create seamless event experiences by providing exceptional service to our clients and event partners.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-B, or Non-CDL driver's license, depending on position.
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and transportation safety regulations.
- Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing schedules and environments.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment safely.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous delivery, transportation, moving, logistics, or commercial driving experience preferred.
- Minimum of one year of driving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport event rental equipment to and from customer locations.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on time.
- Load, unload, secure, and inspect equipment for safe transport.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain compliance with all safety standards and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with customers, venue staff, and team members.
- Verify delivery documentation and equipment counts.
- Report vehicle maintenance issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
