About The Position
Emory University is seeking highly motivated physicians for its Non-ACGME Fellowship Program in Ophthalmology. This program offers fellows the opportunity to gain advanced clinical and surgical experience in subspecialties such as cornea, retina, uveitis, neuro-ophthalmology, and oculoplastics. It is designed for individuals who have completed an accredited residency and wish to deepen their expertise in a focused area.
Requirements
- MD or equivalent degree and completion of an ophthalmology residency.
- Eligible for Georgia medical licensure.
- Strong interest in subspecialty training and academic medicine.
Responsibilities
- Participate in patient care, surgical procedures, and academic activities.
- Engage in research and scholarly projects within the department.
- Collaborate with faculty and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
