About The Position

Care New England is seeking a full time or part time Nocturnist to join our Hospitalist team at Kent Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island. You will evaluate, assess, and coordinate the admission of patients to the hospital while collaborating closely with physicians, IM residents and APPs. This role offers a flexible schedule with full-time commitment being 144 shifts per year (9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). You will join a large, collaborative team of 27+ physicians and advanced practitioners. The position features a closed ICU and no procedures. There are opportunities for teaching and non-teaching roles with an Ivy League Faculty Appointment available. An EPIC implemented systemwide is in place. Visa Sponsorship is available for J1 & H1B candidates.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed or currently enrolled in an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in the applicable specialty.
• Active Rhode Island MD/DO, CSR, and DEA license or eligible.
