About The Position
TeamHealth is seeking a board-certified physician for a nocturnist position at Westerly Medical Center in Westerly, Rhode Island. This team is comprised of 8 physicians and 2 advanced practice clinicians. Westerly Hospital has been providing residents of southern Rhode Island and southeastern Connecticut with a full range of inpatient and outpatient services in a community hospital setting for over 90 years. The hospital offers interventional pain management, wound care, an anti-coagulation clinic and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services. All inpatient rooms are private. Westerly Hospital is a key economic driver in the region, employing more than 600 full and part-time clinical, professional, technical and support staff. The hospital also has more than 200 volunteers who provide vital functions in numerous departments.
Requirements
- Board certified physician.
- Experience as a nocturnist.
- Ability to work in a night time position.

- Experience working with a mix of seasoned and newly trained providers.
- No procedures required.
