Requirements

Medical Degree from an accredited college or university.
Diploma for completion of an American Board of Internal Medicine accredited Internal Medicine internship and residency.
NBME or Flex certification.
American Board of Internal Medicine certification or true eligibility.
Unrestricted DEA number.
Unrestricted Georgia medical license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience post residency.
