About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected hospital, supported with the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 45 + physicians. Call structure: 10-15 Shifts/Month. Practice setting: Inpatient. Employed position within a nonprofit health system. Board Certified or Board Eligible. Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration. Driven Nocturnist managing a caseload of 8+ admissions per night. Provide comprehensive overnight clinical oversight for a 100-patient census. APP and RN cross-cover support on evening shifts. Productivity incentives: Mixed Model: 45% Salary/45% RVU/10% Quality. CME allowance + dedicated CME days. Malpractice coverage with tail.

Requirements

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

• Manage a caseload of 8+ admissions per night
