About The Position

Adena Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Adena Fairfield’s MedSurg/ICU team in Lancaster, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for either a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA) who want to coordinate new admissions, observation, and respond to floor calls. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, have critical care and/or inpatient admissions experience, and want to learn & grow as a medical provider. During each shift, you will work with two collaborating physicians who encourage questions and appreciate strong communications skills.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Ability to work autonomously
• Critical care and/or inpatient admissions experience
• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in the state of Ohio

Nice To Haves

• Previous Med/Surg, ICU, or Step-Down unit experience
• New grads are welcome with extensive critical experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new admissions
