About The Position

The NOC/SOC Engineer will support network and security operations by monitoring enterprise systems, investigating alerts, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining operational availability across mission-critical environments. The engineer will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud teams to support incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of NOC, SOC, Cyber Security, or Network Operations experience
Active Secret Clearance
Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, ArcSight, etc.)
Experience monitoring and responding to security incidents
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and firewalls
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Familiarity with NIST, RMF, STIG, and vulnerability management
Active Secret clearance
No dual citizenship
Based in St. Louis ; relocation or weekly M-F travel to St. Louis
Aerospace & Defense or U.S. Federal manufacturing/MRO project experience

Nice To Haves

Security+ CE, CySA+, CASP+, or CCNA
Experience supporting DoD, Aerospace & Defense, or Federal environments
Experience with Tenable, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, Cisco Security, Splunk, or Microsoft Sentinel
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments
