About The Position

The NOC Operations Analyst supports the monitoring, analysis, and planning of network-wide operational readiness across the organization. This role analyzes operational trends, supports event readiness planning, and develops operational insights that improve network performance, disruption response, and overall operational preparedness. The position works closely with NOC Coordinators, field operations, and cross-functional teams to identify operational risks, evaluate readiness for major events, and provide leadership with data-driven insights that strengthen network resilience and operational efficiency.
