Requirements
- Requires AZ Caregiver Certification.
- Experience as a Med Tech or QMAP.
- Ability to administer medications and treatments.
- Skills in monitoring resident health status.
- Proficiency in documentation.
- Ability to assist residents with daily living activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond to emergencies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records.
- Willingness to work night shifts (NOC).

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident vital signs and health status.
- Document resident care and observations accurately.
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
- Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
