This role is ideal for a technically strong NLP Analyst who will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge machine learning and natural language processing solutions. You will work within a motivated full-stack team to build next-generation cloud-based platforms, focusing on LLMs, conversational AI, and other advanced NLP technologies. The position offers exposure to large-scale datasets, cloud architectures, and collaborative Agile development practices, with opportunities to mentor colleagues, lead POCs, and contribute to cloud adoption and best practices. You will help shape the architecture, optimize model performance, and ensure solutions are resilient, secure, and production-ready. This role balances hands-on engineering with strategic guidance and knowledge-sharing to maximize team impact.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of total experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on experience in NLP, ML, LLMs, and conversational AI
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks/libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers)
• Strong experience with NLP techniques including tokenization, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and feature engineering
• Hands-on experience with large-scale datasets, model training, and fine-tuning LLMs
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting AWS cloud applications
• Familiarity with Agile Development principles and software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, testable code, and algorithms
• Proficiency with development tools such as Eclipse, Git, and similar software engineering environments
• Strong collaborative, mentoring, and communication skills to support knowledge sharing across teams

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy NLP and LLM-based solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Build, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs such as GPT, BERT, or Llama for production applications
• Conduct POCs to validate architectural patterns and proposed solutions from the platform and architecture teams
• Deploy applications to AWS and contribute to cloud architecture and infrastructure design
• Collaborate closely with Business Partners, Product Owners, and full-stack teams in an Agile environment
• Mentor and coach team members, facilitating tech talks to promote adoption of cloud technologies and best practices
• Ensure delivered code is observable, resilient, and secure, maintaining high engineering standards
