Conversational AI Developer with NLP
About The Position
Conversational AI Development Architect and design scalable, robust conversational AI solutions (chatbots, IVR, voice assistants) using the Kore.ai platform. Develop API integrations and server-side logic using Node.js and Python. Implement natural language processing, NLU capabilities, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management. Techniques and machine learning algorithms (e.g., TensorFlow, spaCy) to enhance bot intelligence. Utilize MongoDB to store and manage conversation data and user context. Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy AI bots across various channels (voice/chat).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with NLP.
- 3+ Years of Expert knowledge in the Kore.ai platform and NLP, NLU, and machine learning algorithms.
- 2+ Years of experience with Python, Java scripting, and Node.js.
- Strong experience in MongoDB.
- Experience in working as part of scrum team with knowledge of related ceremonies.
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to optimize and fine-tune NLP models.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers.
