About The Position
Schomp Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nissan Certified Master Technician to join their team. This role involves servicing vehicles, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, and working collaboratively to achieve dealership and manufacturer goals. The position offers a flat rate pay structure with additional bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Nissan Technician in a professional dealership
- The ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate the motivation to continually increase your knowledge & technical skills
- Your own complete and up-to-date set of tools
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR

Responsibilities
- Service vehicles in a timely and proficient manner for routine scheduled and regular maintenance
- Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed
- Work with your team toward achieving dealership, group, and manufacturer goals and benchmarks
- Efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals
