About The Position

ECS is seeking a NIPRNet/SIPRNet Entitlement Analyst - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard's mission-critical IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations. Task 4 — Enterprise Operations Support — provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Clearance: TS//SCI Eligible required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): CND, GFACT, GSEC, Security+
  • Education: Bachelors in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity analysis, system administration, and enterprise security operations
  • Experience with Risk Management Framework processes and vulnerability management
  • Proficient in NIPR/SIPR system configuration and security compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to support continuity operations and system restoration within DoD environments

Responsibilities

  • Process and evaluate entitlement requests for NIPRNet and SIPRNet access, ensuring compliance with DoD clearance and authorization standards.
  • Validate and manage supporting documentation for access requests, enforcing role-based access control policies.
  • Track and document account provisioning and deprovisioning activities, maintaining up-to-date entitlement records.
  • Support regular access reviews and assist in audit preparation to ensure adherence to enclave security policies.
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with established security frameworks.
  • Assist in the configuration and management of NIPR/SIPR systems to support secure operations.
  • Participate in vulnerability management efforts and contribute to the development of risk management framework authorization packages.
  • Engage in system restoration procedures to support continuity operations within DoD environments.
