We are seeking an experienced Nightshift Safety Manager to oversee chemical-cleaning activities inside a refinery facility in El Dorado, Kansas. The selected professional must be able to maintain strong safety standards throughout the night, manage high-risk work without constant direction, and provide a thorough handoff to dayshift leadership. This is a high-hour industrial assignment for a safety professional with genuine refinery, petrochemical, chemical-cleaning, turnaround, or comparable heavy-industrial experience. Nightshift requires more than availability. It requires independent judgment, consistency, and the confidence to intervene when leadership resources are limited. You stay engaged when the site gets quiet. You make sound decisions without waiting for dayshift leadership, communicate clearly during turnover, and maintain the same safety expectations at 3:00 AM that the project maintains at 3:00 PM.
