About The Position

The Nightclub Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff within nightclub premises at Tact Tech Security Solutions. This role enforces venue policies, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and handles incidents professionally and efficiently. The primary objective is to provide excellent customer service while prioritizing the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises. The ideal candidate is a disciplined, vigilant professional who demonstrates sound judgment, remains calm under pressure, and consistently upholds the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service in a dynamic security environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
A valid Security Guard D license.
A valid Florida driver’s license.
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to nightclub operations.
Must pass background checks and drug screening as required by law and company policy.
Ability to handle potentially stressful or confrontational situations professionally and tactfully.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves
