About The Position

Responsible for seating residents in the dining room. Handles customer service situations as they arise. Requirements

• Must be able to sell VIP tables, bottle service, and premium experiences
• Must be able to build and maintain a network of clients and repeat guests
• Must be able to generate new business through outreach, referrals, and personal marketing
• Must be able to meet or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets
• Must be able to manage reservations and table assignments for VIP guests
• Must be able to greet and host clients upon arrival and ensure seamless entry
• Must be able to maintain relationships with guests throughout their visit
• Must be able to anticipate guest needs and ensure a premium experience
• Must be able to resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Must be able to coordinate with security, hosts, servers, and management on guest flow
• Must be able to communicate VIP arrivals, preferences, and special requests
• Must be able to maintain an active presence to promote events and drive business
