About The Position

Louie's Nightclub is looking for a Guest Relations Agent to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role blends hospitality and security; you'll be a visible, professional presence who keeps the energy fun while making sure everyone stays safe.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid PSO or Guard Card required (PSO preferred)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-stress situations
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Security, Guest Relations, or Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and monitor surveillance equipment to secure the venue and its guests
• Inspect entry points, verify access, and manage guest flow at the door
• Identify and address policy violations, informing guests of expectations professionally
• Respond to disruptive behavior calmly and appropriately, including restraining trespassers when necessary
• Document incidents clearly and accurately for reporting purposes
• Support the broader team as needed to ensure smooth nightly operations
• Uphold all legal and compliance requirements to protect the organization's reputation
