About The Position
Responsible for overnight security and guest assistance throughout the resort. Patrols resort property, monitors safety and activity, responds to incidents, and provides guest support after office hours.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license required
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous unarmed patrol or security experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and guest service skills
Responsibilities
- Patrol resort facilities and monitor safety, traffic flow, and activity
- Respond appropriately to incidents and guest needs
- Maintain communication with base station and team members
- Complete incident reports and shift logs
- Assist guests with requests after hours, including transportation when needed
- Monitor public areas for hazards, fires, or unsafe conditions
- Enforce resort rules and address disturbances professionally
- Participate in boat operation and handling training as required
