About The Position
Ginsberg's Foods is seeking a Night Warehouse Associate - Selector who is a night owl and wants a company that will pay them to be active and stay in shape. This role offers highly competitive wages, with opportunities to determine your own pay and have Fridays and Saturdays off. The position involves using an automated voice pick system to pick orders from various temperature zones of the warehouse, lifting and maneuvering cases up to 80lbs, and working at elevated heights. The company provides paid on-the-job training and multiple avenues for growth.
Requirements
- No experience required!
- Must be able to comfortably lift and maneuver cases that weigh up to 80lbs.
Responsibilities
- Uses an automated voice pick system to pick orders from the dry, cooler, and subzero freezer sections of the warehouse.
- Be able to lift/move up to 80lbs throughout the shift.
- Be able to go up to elevated heights of 20ft to replenish product in the appropriate pick slots.
- Loads pallets of product onto trucks using warehouse rolling stock.
- Builds and wraps pallets in a manner that allows for safe transport of the product.
- Safely handles product in compliance with all food safety standards.
