About The Position

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability of store operations during the evening and night trade. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community. As a Night Trading Manager, you’ll guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to be able to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Customer obsession and a desire to understand diverse customers.
• Ability to drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability of store operations during the evening and night trade.
• Guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction.
• Ensure the store is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for customers, team members, and the community.
• Meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
• Ensure Coles’ visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.
