Requirements

• 1+ years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to be flexible in schedule in order to meet operational needs. This may require occasionally working outside of regularly scheduled hours.
• Proficient in basic math.
• Communicate professionally and effectively.
• A team player. You’re open to different opinions and can help motivate your team.
• Capable of working in an unsupervised setting.
• Driver's license required for 2+ years!

Nice To Haves

• Parking management experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff compliance with conduct rules, policies, and procedures while supervising, mentoring, and training them on daily tasks.
• Promoting customer satisfaction, assisting customers, generating various reports, resolving service issues, and performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and processing payments.
• Lead, direct, and develop team of employees at parking location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct the activities of on-site employees.
• Assists with periodic training as needed.
• Assists with creation of weekly team schedule.
• Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Additional related duties as assigned.
