Our Team is looking for that special someone who has great customer service skills and wants to take the lead of our overnight shift ensuring all safety and operating procedures are adhered to while modeling a positive culture for Team Members and customers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and communicate effectively with team members in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong customer-first mindset supported by a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Proven reliability and accountability, with availability and comfort working overnight/3rd shift.
• Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn, complete training, and align with company values.

Nice To Haves

• Prior food service experience and/or shift leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Bring the energy to the night shift— deliver fast, friendly, and reliable customer service while confidently handling any guest concerns.
• Own the floor —cross-train in deli, café, bakery, and cashier duties, keep fresh food stocked and high-quality, and follow all food safety and preparation standards.
• Lead and support the team —train, delegate, and guide team members while ensuring all shift tasks and objectives are completed efficiently.
• Keep the store running smoothly —maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, monitor equipment, adhere to loss prevention, cash handling, and fuel policies, and manage exterior areas in all conditions.
• Stay sharp and connected —attend meetings, stay current on policies, communicate proactively with leadership, and help drive departmental sales and profitability goals.
