About The Position

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Night Shift Parking Lot Sweepers. This role involves cleaning and maintaining parking lots during overnight hours. We offer full or part-time positions and provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience is necessary. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to work nights, and takes pride in their work. Successful employees often come from diverse backgrounds including construction, maintenance, cleaning, and transportation industries.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license with no serious traffic infractions.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds for extended periods.
Must be able to walk for extended periods.
Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
A cell phone is required.

Nice To Haves

3rd shift experience preferred.
Experience in industries such as Concrete drivers, operating engineers, Truck driver, Paving Contractor, Construction worker, backhoe operator, laborer, tractor driver, night shift, maintenance industries, carpet cleaner, own boss, janitor, janitorial, cleaning industries, landscaper, roofer, drywall installer, forklift operator, trash and garbage truck, roll off truck, roller operator, pressure washer, farm equipment, tire changer, quick lube, Vactor operator, auto service technician, waste management.
