Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competency in operating and monitoring production equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in varying outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, alcohol screen, and background check.
