About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead plant operations (during night shifts) to ensure safe and efficient production. Coordinate and direct team members to achieve operational goals. Monitor equipment performance and assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs. Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company policies. Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
