About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety standards. Provide leadership and support to team members for meeting production goals. Monitor equipment and processes to identify areas needing maintenance or improvement. Maintain accurate records and reports related to production activities. Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and address operational challenges.

- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
