About The Position

Mueller Refrigeration is looking for a hands-on supervisor of Machining and Assembly personnel, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday – Friday.

Requirements

• Ability to provide constructive feedback helping employees improve.
• Ability to address conflicts in a calm and constructive manner.
• Ability to identify and address challenges proactively.
• High school diploma or general education degree.
• Minimum of two years of related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign manpower to given cells and oversee hourly personnel to meet daily requirements and maximize productivity.
• Coordinate training of new personnel and provide feedback on job performance, motivating and redirecting as needed.
• Address personnel issues and disputes and administer disciplinary action as required, in coordination with HR and company policies.
• Approve timesheets and PTO requests for assigned personnel.
• Communicate job status and priorities to management and other shifts.
• Report problems regarding maintenance, quality and safety to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
