About The Position

DNC Facility Services is hiring part-time Night Shift Cleaning Techs in Longview, TX. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work, can follow cleaning standards, and are comfortable working with a small team. This position is part-time, and hours may vary based on assigned buildings, schedule needs, and employee availability.

Requirements

• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work evening/night shifts
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active during the shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned commercial buildings, including restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash
• Restock supplies as needed
• Follow DNC cleaning standards and safety procedures
• Communicate with your Team Lead or Account Manager about supply needs, building issues, or concerns
