About The Position
Lewis Apartment Communities is actively recruiting for a full-time, personable and responsible individual for the important position of Night Service Manager. This full-time evening/night hours career (starting 5:30pm/6pm for 8-hour shifts) would provide supervision of three apartment communities in the Rancho Cucamonga area by enforcing rules and regulations in a positive, proactive manner.
Requirements
- Previous military, public safety, law enforcement and/or customer service management experience highly preferred
- Previous experience working with the public/customers
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Ability to self-supervise and work independently
- Ability to walk your community nightly, use stairs consistently, etc.
Responsibilities
- Roving between three Lewis communities (Evergreen, Del Mar & Montecito)
- Parking enforcement of resident, guest and visitor vehicles.
- Property patrols, including walking your property for safety, minor maintenance, delivering notices, and customer service to residents and guests.
- Completing simple maintenance requests for residents.
- Responding to resident complaints and issues, and completing incident reports for each shift
- Providing an overall "customer service-first approach" to Lewis residents is the biggest part of your important work.
- Other duties as required.
