About The Position

Johnson Brothers is a national family-owned wine, spirits and beer distributor that has been providing exceptional service to its customers since 1953, representing world-famous brands. The company is looking to build a Security Team that offers full-time hours with benefits at its St. Paul location and is searching for a professional Security Officer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Experience in operating surveillance cameras.
Must be able to pass an FBI Background check and drug test.
Should have a valid MN Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
Have experience in the Security or Law Enforcement field.
Ability to complete a defensive tactics class.
Ability to complete a 1st aid, CPR and AED training class.
Ability to be flexible with shifts and POST locations.
MS Office Suite

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in law enforcement.

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras live to watch activity.
Answer phones for emergency situations.
Respond to emergency situations.
Check in and out employees, contractors, and temp employees.
Report all suspicious activity to the Security Lead or Security Manager.
Work multiple different post locations in St. Paul.
Stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time throughout their assigned shift.
Communicate clearly in writing, verbally, and via email with employees, visitors, and contractors.
Work with leaders from other departments.
